Twitter for President!

Twitter is a new hot social media tool people use everyday. Everybody has Twitter, from the average Joe to the A list superstars. Now a lot of political members are using Twitter to get in touch with people. If you have Twitter you can get feedback from others, but many political party members are receiving negative feedback. How you can tell is that they have people who monitor tweets are rate them either negative, positive, or neutral. President Obama’s tweet feedback is a negative 3-1 ratio. It’s said that Obama is receiving more negative feedback on Twitter than on news coverages. Ron Paul, a 2012 president candidate, is receiving the best coverage. He has only 15% of negative feedback toward him. He is by far the most popular candidate.
I can relate to this article, because I am a Twitter user and I see a lot of people bad mouthing celebrities or even others. I’ve heard many talking about how bad Obama is, so this article did not surprise me. I don’t really pay much attention to politics, so I don’t favor one person over the other, but many people hate the race to become the president. I would be one of those people, because that is the only thing on the television now.

  1. wow. This is very interesting to me that Obama is getting negative feedback on his Twitter. And then Ron Paul, a presidential candidate, is getting only 15% negative feedback. I think this shows a need for change in leadership. I know that you may think that its just a social network on the internet. It still means something for consideration.
